Each complete publishing workflow counts as 1 execution, regardless of how many internal steps it takes.

Does Publish Pilot work with all Webflow plans?

Yes. It works with any Webflow site plan as long as you can authorize via Webflow OAuth.

Can I schedule recurring publishes (e.g., every Monday)?

Not yet. Currently each schedule is a single or start/end event. Recurring scheduling is on our roadmap for v2.

What happens if an execution fails?

Publish Pilot retries automatically with exponential backoff. You'll see the failure recorded in your audit log with a full error description.

Can I manage multiple Webflow sites?

Yes. All plans include unlimited Webflow site connections.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is my Webflow OAuth token secure?

Yes. Tokens are encrypted at rest in AWS DynamoDB and never exposed client-side.

What timezone does scheduling use?

You can set schedules in any timezone. The dashboard respects your local timezone by default.

Yes. Publish Pilot uses the Webflow v2 API exclusively.
